Methodology and limitations

Retrieval: . The 2024 SOII figures were transcribed from the BLS release dated February 17, 2026. The 2024 fatal count is from CFOI, a separate program. No projections, national counts, compensation awards or OSHA enforcement records are mixed into these Delaware values.

SOII uses employer reporting under OSHA recordkeeping guidelines and sampling. Counts are estimates and rounded; participation and sample size affect detail. CFOI uses a different fatal-injury collection process. An OSHA record or BLS count does not establish civil liability or eligibility for an individual claim.

Updates should follow new official releases and a fresh source check, not automatically refresh with each visit. No 2025 Delaware nonfatal estimate is asserted here. Consult BLS’s release and Delaware SafeDE data resources for official reporting context.
