Seamless case review
Tell me what happened and where. I will review the facts, the deadlines that may apply and what kind of lawyer your case needs.

Michael P. Minuti · National Practice
Whether your accident happened in Delaware or in any other state, I can review your case and help you get the right legal representation where your claim belongs.
Licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey. Helping injured people in all 50 states.
One call, any state
Tell me what happened and where. I will review the facts, the deadlines that may apply and what kind of lawyer your case needs.
Already have a lawyer and not happy? I can help coordinate a careful transition to new counsel so your file and deadlines are protected.
Not sure you have a case? Get a straight answer. There is no charge for the initial review.
Through a national referral network, I help connect you with an attorney licensed where your case must be filed.
Be clear about licensing
I am licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey only. If your case belongs in one of those states, I can represent you directly.
If your case belongs in another state, I do not practice law there. What I can do is review your situation and help you find qualified counsel licensed in that state. Any referral arrangement follows the professional conduct rules of the states involved and is explained to you in writing before you agree to it.
Every case is different, and a referral is not a guarantee that a lawyer will accept your case or of any result.
